TGI Fridays To Launch New Rewards Program On 11/18, Print Current Coupons Now

Update: This has been confirmed and the program will be down 11/16 and 11/17 to prepare for the new program.

TGI Fridays sent out an e-mail today stating that they will be launching a revamped rewards program on November 18th. You need to print our current rewards coupons before 11/15 as after that date they will no longer be available.

  • Friday's new rewards is a nightmare for old members. They lost my more than 3,000 of my points now I need to wait 48 hours while they look for them. What if they lost them? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

    • Did you have any points prior to the new program? My points were all moved over. I mainly use it to get ribs for 150 points. Looks like it's an increase of 25 points to 175 points now for the ribs so not horrible. Was able to redeem a bunch of them the past few weeks so have enough points for a few more orders now.

  • I assume the printed coupons are the printed rewards. How long are they good for once you print? 1 month? Not sure I can use it in time?

  • Has anyone been able to log into their rewards account on the website or their app? I haven't been able to for weeks, I changed my password, still can't get in.

    • Every time, different computers/browsers I get sent to a page that says there is an error, try again later. If I put in a wrong password I get a different message saying invalid username/password.

      • I would give them a call. No problems logging into my account on the website at least. Haven't tried the app recently.

    • 1985 is here to tell you them potato skins are still the bomb. Endless Appetizers for $10? I know they lost money on me on that one.

      • What will happen to points I have already earned prior to November 18?

        Points earned prior to November 18th will be transferred over to your new Rewards account shortly after you complete the form with the information and password required.

Google sees nothing but your article, I don't see anything on Fridays site and a few of us have confirmed no email notification. Maybe it's franchise or location specific or an email went out to some before it should have? We would appreciate it if you could confirm. Thanks!

  • Odd, I have a bunch of points but did not receive this email to either of our accounts. And while searching I noticed that we have not received any marketing emails from them since January. I logged in on the rewards site and there is no notes on this. Could it be regional? Anyone have a link to it on their website?

    • No email but I did get a push notification from the app. Once I tapped on it, it went away and there is no further mention in the app.

    • Same here. Didn't get any emails from them. Is there any link directly mentioning this? I have a lot of points stocked up and will be using some of it soon. Are they just zeroing out all our points and starting from scratch in this new program from the way it sounds?
