Beware these VGC/MGC might be hard to use online, I tried Costco Tmobile etc and none takes it as payment..
So do credit card issuers not notice/card when something with the word "giftcard" shows up in their purchase list? Have people used this for churning bonuses?
Nobody has ever tried that before.
Are these easier to use online than Vanillas?
No, they are vanillas. I used to have no problems but when I purchased a few weeks ago, the card was locked and not usable. They deactivated but I am still waiting for a replacement or a refund. Awful. Site is selling incomm cards, same as vanillas.
Checked to see if I could Paypal split payment to combine $250 cards into $500s, but don't see that option.
Stupid question, but without higher cashback rates or shopping portals, what’s the advantage of purchasing Visa/MC gift cards at cost, even if the purchase fees are waived?
swap giftcards.com prepaids, these allow ApplePay
Thanks. What's the benefit in going from the Visa/MC to a gift card instead of buying the gift card directly?
I sometimes use these debit cards to pay property taxes. My county charges a service fee if its credit card. But I usually use the MC/Visa from OD.
any possible stacks with cashback portals?
Does anyone know if these can be redeemed for paying taxes?
There's a DoC page about paying taxes with credit cards that has relevant comments, I think
