  • I ordered from Nike, but TCB only tracked the subtotal excluding tax, so the total is less than $25. I only see $2.39 on my earning. Filed a case, but the case was "on ice" as the merchant in which you are claiming against imposes a validation period of 60 days.

    Subtotal: $23.97
    Shipping & Handling: $0.00
    Tax: $1.11
    TOTAL: $25.08

    Has anyone experienced this before? Will TCB payout the add'l $10? If not, I'll return the order. Thanks.

  • I just checked and TCB has made me whole from the HBO Max deal. Bravo TCB!! Seriously excellent work. I'm very impressed. I know that was likely a flub by some intern, but you followed up and did the right thing.

    I am now going to go out of my to support TCB at every opportunity.

    • I didn't jump on HBO deal. But, TCB has been my go-to cash back portal for years now. I don't understand all the negative comments here tbh. Every purchase has always tracked for me.

  • Great use with Vitacost if you're an expat looking to stock up on some American goods. $10+10% cashback, basically cancels out the shipping cost!

  • I have been TCB user for a long time. They started not approving the cashback though it's tracked and shows in the account. They blame it on the merchant saying merchant did not approve. I lost more than 100 bucks on Verizon accessories in multiple transactions! I am gonna stop using them and switch to rakuten!

  • Despite their blatant self promotion honoring some people’s HBO deal, I would avoid these bastards. They have cheated me and many many other readers out of many high cash back offers. This warning should be attached in the “Verdict” section of every TCB offer here.

  • Topcashback is also running a 11% off on Orbitz now too. Although not as useful because I've found Orbitz has marked up a lot of rooms. Tried rebooking a few hotels for an upcoming trip and even with $10 + 11% it was basically the same as my prior cost. Only one hotel ended up saving me considerable money, which I rebooked.
