  • The link no longer works. Cannot find any way to signup even though it says we can continue to signup through the 31st.

  • If losing GoGo helps to keep all the other existing benefits, it'll be worth the sacrifice. GoGo never worked for me on any flight that had it.

  • AR card transactions used to be listed as "mobile pay" or something similar under method. Now even though I still use samsung pay to make the payment the method is sometimes listed as "card reader" and sometimes as "card swiped".

I wonder if the terminals themselves are doing something funky when they send the transactions back to visa?

    • They got rid of it showing the payment method on the app and website.

However, if you check a transaction via the mobile website, it still shows what mobile wallet you used

  • I just called them for retention and got offered 1000 points lol. Im keeping the account anyway so ill take it. I got 7500 points last year

  • Glad I didn’t bother applying. The card is losing one of its most distinguishing features.

  • Damn, they still work on Alaska so they've actually been very useful for me. I'll probably still keep the card, but I considered these passes the break even on the net $75 AF after the $325 travel/dining credit. I didn't assign them full face value because I wouldn't pay cash for the full flight pass every time I'd burn one of these, but I'd pay cash for inflight wifi for at least part of a flight often enough that I just mentally accounted for it as breaking me even on the $75.

I'm probably SOL on getting one last year out of this too since I last activated my passes in May of this year, you can't re-enroll the benefit until 12 months after you last enrolled it, right? Earlier this year I was specifically waiting for my first post-pandemic flight to activate them because why activate them before I could use any of them? Which will now ironically screw me out of one last set of passes instead.

    • @guest_1282187 Don’t forget to work the retention angle. I’ve consistently received 10,000 point with no spend offers three years in a row.

  • Good riddance, the handful of times I found myself on a Gogo enabled plane I couldn't get it to work.

Worked much better as a FlexPerks benefit 5 years ago.

  • This benefit never worked for me. Even the promo codes direct from GoGo never worked. USB gave me 5K points for the hassle and time spent with no result. Hopefully they replace it with something functional.

  • Does gogo still work on any airlines? My last attempts with AA, Delta, United and SW will all a no go.
