I know for the FlexPerks cards there is a link to check for offers: https://flexperkspromos.usbank.com/
Is there a link for Cash+ offers?
Not that I know of
How do they tell what exactly is an online purchase?
Sucks because I have this card and I didn't get targeted :(
My thoughts exactly. What if I pay my electric bill online? Or buy a flight off a website? I'm going to call in and report back.
Have you called? I did and they confirmed bill payments don't count.
Sorry, just realized I never responded back. Life got busy. I confirmed with the rep that paying utility bills online count. But she said to save the email since it wasn't showing up on my account even though I have the email.
I got a similar offer last year for what at the time was the US Bank Club Carlson Visa (now Radisson Rewards), for 2,500 points after a certain amount in online transactions. I confirmed with a phone rep that any online transaction would count, so I used to pay my Verizon bill. The points never posted so I sent in a secure message where they responded that the purchases I made didn’t qualify. I called in and they were able to give me the points. I actually got 7,500 as the rep said he didn’t have the ability to issue anything less than that.
Online purchase is a different payment mode than card-present transactions..
