U.S. Bank has removed the ability to see if you are pre-qualified for any U.S. Bank credit cards. Previously this option was prominently displayed on the main credit card page but that is no longer the case. It’s currently unclear why this was removed and if it will be readded. American Express recently re-enabled the pre-approval tool for business cards after years of it not being available. As always you can view a full list of credit card issuers with a pre-approval tool by clicking here.

Well this sucks citi pulled the pre approval too. I think this may have something to do with covid.
need to update the things to know about... pagee
Chase Bank did it too, but you do not believe my words. I wrote it to you several months ago.
I nearly gave up on these guys after wasting a lot of hard inquiries and never getting approved. Then I was pre-approved for the Cash+, so gave them 1 final chance. Approved. But now they're taking away that tool. Which takes them from a company that's extremely difficult to deal with...to one to completely avoid. They just don't understand the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
You can still check in branch
U.S. Bank is so difficult to do business with lol
Wow US Bank has been very good to me. Generous with starting limit & increases.. I've been very happy with them- I only have credit card products no checking or savings..
Agreed, Worst bank ever...laughable credit limits and csr’s are dumber than rocks.
Agree 1,000%.
they've been good for us, but we've had a checking account with them for years.
I love not needing to waste hard pulls if I'm not going to be approved...
because the last thing we need in financial transactions is transparency
