Dec Flat Fare was never available for Wash, DC. I emailed uber support bc I've been using flat fares in DC for the past several months. Not sure if it'll be available again in Jan, but they did give me a $15 credit for the inconvenience.
Seattle is sold out.
These might be targeted. I got the New Orleans offer but many of my local friends didn't.
New Orleans. $10 for ten or $20 for twenty $6 uberX.
Can't seem to find it, got a link for me?
You missed Chicago
Chicago is there too- just click one of the above links and type Chicago as the city name

Where were the December passes announced? I've been googling it for days and they were supposed to email me but I didn't hear anything...
They weren't really announced, I just have alerts set up to let me know when the pages change.
Is it possible that the DC passes never actually went on sale? I contacted Uber DC and haven't heard back, but last time they posted on twitter when they started selling and when they sold out. I'd be impressed if they sold out in 30 minutes without any ads (Googling Uber flat rate etc, + December brings up very little)
It's possible, I'll update if thats' the case.
DC seems to be gone too
These go awfully fast -- Miami and SF already unavailable.
