So this is back...its now $50 for $500 in spend. The 4% is dead. (I think there is another 4% offer but its targeted). 0% APR is until 7/5/2020 if you app by 1/5/2020
Just got my sub for this card, was wondering why I had a -100 balance after the statement cut.

Can anyone give some advice on how one logs in to view their balance information, pay bills... you know do anything a normal credit card site has options for.... cant even find where to login!
Many people have expressed frustration with PayPal because of this. Log into your PayPal account to manage the card
Anyone got the offer successfully? I tried applying, the link works but when you get through the application, the terms and conditions don’t include any wording for the bonus offer.

I can confirm that you can get them to hard pull only EQ. I had TU and EX frozen when I applied/approved for the PayPal Cashback cc w/ above $100 promo attached.
I received the $100 back offer in June. I applied in July and was approved although my limit was lower than expected. It's a very basic site but no issues yet.
how the hell did you login to paypal credit card site? Can't find it for the life of me...
Can you set the cash adv limit to $0 or near zero?
