Gesa Credit Union has their Cash Rewards credit card which has no annual fee and offers 1.5% cashback on all purchases. It also offers a signup bonus of $300 when spending $3,000 within 90 days.

Also comes with a 0% intro APR offer for 15 months on purchases and balance transfers and with Visa Signature benefits.
Residents of Washington and select counties in Idaho and Oregon can join Gesa credit union and apply for this card. Gesa has offered bank bonuses in the past as well.

Pretty good card , one of the rare cards with 0% APY for the first months on purchases and balance transfers + no balance transfer fee.... and it has pre-qual page, so you can check with soft pull. EQ should be unlocked as far as I remember.
Anyone knows if GC considered as qualified purchases?

DP on the balance transfer, offered with no balance transfer fee according to info on Gesa site
$300 bonus showed up in Rewards section of website in next cycle after spending met. Transferred to Gesa savings, which is paying 4.89% on balances up to $5k

@chucksithe recommend mentioning GESA again as they recently got hacked. I had some fraudulent charges on this account.
