Looks like the discount is dead... using your link, the DD GCs are listed at the regular price.
Order cancelled by Walmart - twice. States their fraud department cited as fraud. Now my account has 48 hour hold until fraud dept clears and cannot purchase anything.
Placed the order. Got a gift card code in an hour. Used Paypal with Discover card for 5% back also.

I have tried placing the order twice. Both orders were cancelled by Walmart. This is stupid.
I reached out to customer service. They seem to have a fraud flag on my account for some reason. They lifted it. And I got my cards.

No
It coded as wholesale stores for me.
Use PayPal with discover card for extra 5%
