Walmart: Coolhaus Free Cones After Rebate

• Picked up the strawberry 3 pack at my local Walmart and of course the receipt did not print so I had to get an associate to help me out with that, received the PayPal payment within a few minutes of upload. It did not include tax for me though. The ice cream actually pretty decent but the cone portion has the texture of wet cardboard.

• They don't specify Walmart in their T&C, so technically any purchase "from a retailer located in the United States" should work.

  "If you are a resident of the United States and you purchase one (1)box of Coolhaus ice cream cones that was made by the Urgent Company, Inc., from a retailer located in the United States, you can submit a request for reimbursement that includes a copy of one receipt for that purchase."

  • Looks like they're enforcing a Walmart restriction though. This is the response I got from manual review of my Whole Food purchase stating only purchases at Walmart are eligible. I did mess up by buying "Frozen Dessert Cones" instead of "Ice Cream Cones," so I'm not in a position to argue further:

• Have had to submit the receipt three times so far, each time they say it has to go to manual review, they say they reviewed my receipt and send me a link that takes me through the same process again of uploading the receipt and going to manual review. What a joke.

  • Like Shirley, still unable to get a response from their support team other than get sent the same link that gives me a "Page Not Found" message or makes me upload the receipt again when try the link in different browsers.

    Anyone have success getting the rebate to your Venmo or Paypal accounts?

    • Still nothing for me and no response back from their support after three emails. Probably going to return to Walmart, did get the rebate for the BOGO at Ibotta so not too bad, got to try the cones for free after all.

• Not in NJ (Bergen County), doesnt look like it is available in nearby NY/PA as well

• Happen to be on vacation in Florida and they have them here. Not found where I live though.

• Store locater is sending me to a non-existant Walmart address 3 miles from my home.

• This may be a very YMMV redemption. There are no Wal-Marts near me that carry this, even when zooming out to major cities like New York City and Boson. You should probably check to see if they carry it near you before giving them your email (https://cool.haus/pages/freecones#store-locator) though I guess you could always unsubscribe.

• Ibotta also has BOGO, so you can get two for free.

    • Ibotta is pretty good with stacking and no terms on the other rebate, so we should be good! 😊
