Southwest Gas worked even though 'Utilities' was excluded.

I'm thinking of using Paypal Bill Pay to pay utilities to avoid the 2-3% credit card fee. Has anyone tried this? Does it count towards the ongoing promo spend towards utility companies?

I might have already posted this, but Plastiq to pay rent did not trigger the online offer or the utilities offer.
Big Y grocery stores in MA and CT using the MyBigY app to pay works for online purchases -- and of course counts as grocery.
ConEdison (New York electricity and gas supplier) triggered the utilities offer, but not the online offer.
National Grid (Gas) in NY Metro Area worked as well.

any of you were successful in adding this card to mobile wallet?
I've failed with apple, google, samsung. I've seen at least one case where it failed for someone else with each of those.
It doesn't support Apple Pay, assume the same with Google Wallet.
