[Expired] Atom Tickets: Get Two Free Movie Tickets (Today Only)

The Offer

  • Atom Tickets is offering some people two free movie tickets. To ‘win’ the tickets text a code word to 28661. The code word can literally be any word, I don’t think the actual word used matters at all. Usually each week all the codes that work will start with the same letter. One person suggested searching for #FreeMovieFriday for the latest keywords, not sure if this helps or not. Checking the comments is usually a good idea as well.

Our Verdict

Promotion only runs on Fridays. You might not win first try, but you should eventually win if you keep trying. Just use a different code and text one every 5-10 seconds and you should eventually win.

  • Looks like Google Voice doesn't work anymore

    "Email support (at) atomtickets.com for help. To opt out of all messages from Atom Tickets, reply STOPALL." Is all I get when texting via Google Voice.

    • I got only "Email support (at) atomtickets.com for help. To opt out of all messages from Atom Tickets, reply STOPALL" even with regular number. Looks like its ended. I might have wasted some $ as I got a pop up while sending the texts that these messages are not free!

    • No, it gave that error to any number if you texted something that wasn't a valid keyword. I would get that every so often but still got tix through my GV number. I think the promotion is over as it was supposed to end in March, probably why it's not working.

    • That's all I ever got besides the "we just picked a winner" response when using my real number. Tried for about an hour collectively over the last three Fridays.

  • Several radio stations from the twitter link said last Friday (3/29) was the last free movie Friday. Is it actually back?

  • I'll miss this promotion. With this and other promotions, gotten so many free movie tickets from Atom over the years.

    • It says you can only win every 120 days, anyway. So, if you've already won with Atom in that time-frame... than you're not missing anything.

        • This is the first movie promo that is worth sharing, since it works for premium showings. I'll be very surprised if it lasts much longer. But, if some people can't be bothered, it'll leave more opportunities for the rest if us.

  • Wife kept getting "We've just selected a winner but keep listening for more chances to win! If you don't want to wait and you're a new user, score 5 off your first movie order when you use code: MOVIES on the ATOM app.".
