This is actually live again for me today(Sep 30). I also used the same promo a week ago.
Thanks Doctor, got two $30 credit in two different account. Each account got a $15 but was refunded by chase on the next day. And then there is another same such $15 offer exist on the account. Outcome is the credit was stacking up with each other and got $30 from each account. :)
