I think you mean to say this:

or this:

but not this:
Normally you can transfer at a rate of 1:1 and under this promotion that increases to 1:25
1:25 would be awesome, no matter if it's JetBlue or Flying Blue or anything.

It is real. Yes, you can transfer your UR points to JetBlue with 25% bonus. I just did 5000 UR to my JetBlue. The points will be in JetBlue account immediately. The 25% bonus is labeled as Points.com.

Just talked to Chase. No promotion offer. Looks like it's flying blue.
I am seeing right now in the app three (3) bonuses:
FlyingBlue 25% Bonus points
Jetblue 25% Bonus points
Virgin Atlantic 30% Bonus points
JetBlue TrueBlue Miles are not the same as Flying Blue (which is KLM/Air France). I think this is the confusion and there is no JetBlue offer.
