Don't see this one listed yet Charles, received the email on 7/31:
10x on Utilities:
For total eligible utilities purchases of $400 or more made each month from 08/01/21 (or the date you activate this offer, whichever is later) through 10/31/21, you’ll earn 10X Bonus ThankYou Points (up to a maximum total of 5,000 Bonus ThankYou Points each month for this offer).
(Utilities are classified as merchants that provide electricity, gas (natural or propane), home heating oil, water system supply services, collection and disposal of refuse, or the delivery of cable or satellite television or radio programming on a subscription or fee basis.)
It doesn't specifically call out mobile service, any idea if Verizon would code as utilities?
Yep I got this email too. @will
kind of slim pickings at the moment for me: have the Gas/Grocery/Resty for 10x / 1500min, Warehouses/Pharma for 10x / 300 min, and the not so helpful 'free' financing for 12 mos for bigger purchases. Most of the other random generic spend ones have expired, as well as the excellent online spend one.
Sigh
The warehouse/pharma one is ending at the end of the month, so you should hopefully get another offer to replace it in August at least.
I messed up last month and ordered a Costco GC too late (June 30th) and it posted on my account as July 4th so I missed out on at least $30 in statement credit. Need to remind myself to get the transactions in earlier to be safe.
I'm currently working on a 7,500 points for $750 spend. I've had a lot of other offers as well but the requirements are too high.
Email subject line was: “(first name), activate your limited-time bonus rewards offer!”
I have the shopyourway card, so the bonus is earned as statement credits.
Offer details read:
For total eligible gas station, grocery store and restaurant purchases of $600 or more made each month from 7/1/2021 (or the date you activate this offer, whichever is later) through 9/30/2021, you’ll earn 10% back in statement credits (up to a maximum total of $100 in statement credit(s) each month for this offer).
So I understand that as I have to spend between $600 to $1000 within each month to get the 10% back (on top of the standard rewards rate of 5% for gas and 3% for dining/groceries.
Subject of the email was , activate your limited-time bonus rewards offer!
Previous offers were for Q1, Q2 2021 were for 10x after $1.5K on gas, grocery, restaurants up to 25K TYP /mo
got the same a few days ago. only did it once during 1Q
Subject of the email was [first_name], activate your limited-time bonus rewards offer!
Got the 10% on Gas/Grocery/Dining on $1000/month spend. Got the same offer last quarter but only needed $800 spend. Seems the requirements go up as you meet spend on previous offers.
Agree-I've had the same 10% or 10x Thank You points each quarter for over a year, in Q2 it went to a $1500 monthly spend minimum. I didn't charge a thing. My Q3 offer is back to $100 minimum spend.
I got a spend $2K get 10K TYP expiring 7/19 which would stack, but unfortunately haven't got this one....yet. I had this last quarter but had already completed my June spend when it came around so hoping this comes soon!
So my offer is for 15% back in statement credits, not Thank you points. This is for Gas, Grocery and Restaruants.
Yes, all three of my offers are for statement credits, which I much prefer to - in my case - SYW points, which have so many restrictions and conditions.
I've had the card since 1996 and I do get the offers frequently in my mailbox. This acct is so old, it was converted from the Sears store card to the Mastercard.
These offers on this card are real and if they overlap you get both.
I recently bought a $500 item after clicking through 1) a 10% off deal for spending $500 (could be multiple purchases) and another $35 back for spending (some amount - can't remember). The same day the $500 charge hit the card, the $85 also did. Plus I got $17 to spend at Sears or Kmart, if I can find one.
