The Offer

  • Ibotta is offering $1 cash back per Uber ride and a $5 Uber Ride Code if you complete three rides within the month

 

The Fine Print

  • Cancelled rides will not be credit
  • Use must take a ride within 3 hours of tapping the offer to be eligible
  • UberRUSH & UberEats are not eligible
  • On split rides, only the irder who initiated ride is eligible for cash back
  • Scheduled rides not eligible

Our Verdict

Unfortunately this offer doesn’t seem to be showing up for everybody. This isn’t enough to get me to use Uber any more or less, but it’s an easy $1 if I remember to click the button. I wonder if this works for people with Uber Plus passes. If you don’t already have an Ibotta account you can use my referral link and you’ll get $10 for joining (I’ll also receive $5 and a bonus $15 if I refer three people).   • I seen the offer and now it’s gone, I don’t know how to get it, can you help.

  • This would have been sweet while we were in South Africa with most of the many trips we took were under $3.50 (except our trip to the airport). But probably its only good on US trips.

  • DOSH is offering 80c when you click through Dosh but I pay with Uber cash so it does not work for me. Ibotta does not care my payment method

  • I didn't have the Uber offer when I first signed up last year, but it showed up a couple months later and has been there even since. Maybe it shows up only after you've been an Ibotta user for a while...?

  • I've had this offer for a long time, and it almost never tracks anymore. Is there a limit on it besides the 1/ 12hours? They told me I needed to have screen shots and other verification for every ride :(

    • I've been having the 75 cents offer on my Ibotta app continuously for the past 6 months. Every ride used to track for me instantly and then about 3 months ago it just stopped. Now every few weeks I need to contact customer service and provide screen shots of my rides. I do 10 screenshots at a time. It is a royal pain but I do get the money credited to my account.

    • You use any adblockers? That kills everything for me, even if Ibotta shows it tracked properly.
