  • Used this promo tonight, it went very smoothly. Bill total was $112, it took $100 from the offer and $12 from my balance. Paid tip with my CC, like usual. I did a carry out order and paid at pickup, called ahead to confirm this was an option. Thanks for the heads up!

  • Changes incoming... Now everyone gets 15% back when paying without voucher, no subscription required. Monthly reward for non subscribers is now $10 off $30

    • To clarify, the 15% back only applies when you pay with credit card, not when using credit balance.

    • have membership and use it 1-2x/mo, no offers.

    • I've taken advantage of a number of generous promo offers but my actual out of pocket spend has been small. I've purchased credits with the Amex and Citi offers and have done transactions 2 to 3 times a month. InKind does a number of 100% off deals like this on occasion, need to check their emails and app for details.

    • i take advantage of every inkind offer out there (like the citi one linked above) so i carry a balance and i would say use it 1-2 per month. I got this offer (but weirdly no notification, just showed up in the app)

      • @guest_1817765 @guest_1817788 @guest_1817823

I looked at the recent app update version description/history and it says “Some surprises to reward those who dine with inKind the most” so I’m also assuming there is a money spent (pre or post discount) or usage threshold to have received this offer as well.

        • I've had very limited actual spend with InKind, I would say 90% of spend came from free credits and other promos that appear too good to be true (basically venture capital marketing dollars). On occasion I would top off purchases with a few dollars using a credit card. My guess is that being active with merchants is the key to getting offers, not necessarily actual out of pocket spend.

  • Hmm, well good to hear all the positive reports here, despite a few more negative ones. Maybe I will give it a shot again should I get another amex/restaurant specific promo again...I don't have this one. Only one restaurant in my area uses it that I care about (out of about 10) but it is one I really like.

  • They are giving you $100 towards your next meal of $100+ basically free food worth $100. Its not like you have to spend $100 and then get $100 credits. It says "$100 towards your next $100+ meal" I got it in all my accounts. Huge variety of restaurants in DC
