Yep. Just went through - virtual headset for your avatar.
This seems to be an in app item and not a real headset you can use as the title seems to suggest.
So I guess this wasn't obvious (to me, at least), but this seems to be virtual.
In my rewards I see a "Verizon custom pro gamer helmet" in Roblox, as in a digital item not a physical headset.
It's a virtual headset for your avatar on Roblox.
