• Literally a snack. Not even enough for a preschooler. However it was pretty good. Their chicken tenders/fingers are more like sliced chicken breasts. Very meaty. I dont know what’s the deal with the white toasted slice of bread. The same cheap ones you feed to ducks.

• I downloaded it and signed up but the offer isn't showing up. Suggestions?

  • I had to logout and logback in and the offer showed up then

  • If you haven't already, you may want to check your app again because it may take a few minutes for the offer to show up in your rewards.

    • Yup. I just needed to be patient. It's showed up today.

• you can still get the free big zax snack even if you are already a zax club member. you just have to update the zaxbys app and it should be there

  • Yup that worked for me too. Took about 10 minutes and an app update for it to show up.

• I used to think Chick Fil A was the best chicken, followed by Publix chicken tenders. Then I discovered Zaxbys. Unbelievable chicken. Too bad I now live in the north or I would eat there an unhealthy frequency

• i completed this in Jan or Feb i think, frankly speaking it was not good meal.. Chicken felt undercooked and the onion rings i ordered as side was the worst onion rings i ever had

  P.S. The best onion rings I ever had was in Vegas

  • I see no Vegas locations

  • Do you have to receive a call/text to redeem the offer? I was able to submit the form without a phone number, but when I opened the app it required one. Wondering if I need to use a real # to redeem.

    • I used a phone number to which I don't have access, but there was no issue when redeeming the offer.

• I tried in 3 different browsers, but I can't move past the sign up page. The robot verification just loops. I'll try again this evening.
