Ebates Now Offering $10 Cash Signup Bonus, Plus $10 Topcashback Signup Bonus

The Offer

• Open a new Ebates account and receive a $10 cash sign-on bonus.

Ebates has a standard sign-on bonus with a choice of either $5 cash in your Ebates account or a $10 gift card to the likes of Walmart, Target, etc. The current offer will give you $10 in Ebates cash.

NOTE: This offer is only coming up some of the time. If you don’t get the offer, hit the “X” on the bottom-right corner of the offer pop-up, then click on the “Ebates” logo on the top-left of the web page. The Fine Print

• New customers only.
• Must make a qualifying $25 purchase within 90 days to be eligible for the bonus. This is the standard Ebates condition in the signup bonus. (You don’t need to accrue $25 in Ebates dollars, just the amount of the purchase has to be $25.)
• No info on how long this will be around.

Our Verdict

If you’re on the fence to open an Ebates account, now is a great time. You can get the $10 cash bonus, plus there are lots of gift card deals going on now on eBay (here, here, here), and Ebates if offering a whopping 4% back specifically on the gift card category for eBay purchases. This will easily get you over the $25 purchase requirement and make you eligible for the $10 signup bonus.

Be sure not to use a referral link to sign up for the account, as this offer currently appears only when going directly to Ebates.

[UPDATE: After some more testing, it appears that this offer sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. It doesn’t appear to make much of a difference whether you use a referral link; if you use the method described above it can sometimes work even with referral links. Here’s my Ebates referral link, I’ll receive between $5 and $25 if you use it.]

Topcashback Singup Bonus

Topcashback goes back and forth between offering a $10 bonus only for the referrer, to offering the $10 bonus for both referrer and referee. They just recently put back up the offer in which the referee also gets the $10 bonus.

You can now get a $10 by signing up with a referral link and accumulating $10 by using the Topcashback portal. At that point, you’ll be able to cash out the full $20 ($10 from the purchases and the $10 signup bonus).
