Our Verdict
In the past they’ve offered bonuses that are higher for the individual (e.g this recent $200 bonus or this $250 bonus), but obviously this bonus also comes with the $150 donation. This is a nice way of earning some money for yourself and also getting some money donated to charity, but I completely understand that some if not most would prefer the $200/$250 bonuses for themselves.
I’ve added this bonus to our complete checking bonus list, but not our best of list due to the fact that this bank has offered bigger bonuses in the past.

deposited 100 from Cap One 360 and go 200 in my account in 1 business day!
In 2013 – I was only required to keep a 5/3 account open 90 days. If that data point has any value

isn’t this the bank which requires you to live within 50 miles of any branch? Even though some states are eligible if you don’t live withing that required distance you may not qualify for the bonus.
Don’t think that applies for this bonus as you don’t need to bring a coupon in branch, if it lets you sign up you should be fine and they’ve have a had time saying otherwise to the CFPP.
Nope. didn’t let me sign up for my zip in PA.
