If you paid for early bird and want to rebook the same flight are you supposed to lose it? I called in to change my flight for a $37 credit. I had a companion and the lady said it shouldn’t be a problem. Ended up only getting a $25 credit because of some expiring credit I used to book the flight and then Early Bird fell off my confirmation but stayed on the companions. I don’t know what is going on. I sent them an email and message on FB but was just wondering if anyone else has done this before?
