Our Verdict
Usually you can get one free item a week or so with J4u, looks like they are giving a few extras in the spirit of the holiday season. Hopefully this deal is useful for some readers. Would be even better if they do a nice gift card deal and then we can just pick up these freebies when doing that.

Nothing at all in j4u in Randalls territory in Austin, for example. (I actually did get a few free items here earlier this year, but they seem to have dried up.)

I got the normal one free item (ketchup) offer that you get every week or so. I see 15% off iTunes GC. While not useful for me, it seems to be fairly popular among for some folks.

No Fab Friday $5.00 deals this week!
I’m surprised Albertsons is even running an ad. Traditionally, grocers in southern California run ads that start the Wednesday the week before Thanksgiving and end on Thanksgiving Day. In previous years, the grocers would take a 5 day break, and resume their ads the following Wednesday after Thanksgiving.
Food 4 Less, Ralphs and some of the ethnic-format grocers also sent mini-ads for the abbreviated upcoming week.
