The best way to maximize this deal is as follows:

• Purchase $300 in eBay gift cards for $270
• Do a partial payment using Target giftcards and then a small amount using a Target Redcard (Redbird), you’ll need to select the credit card option then input your redcard number. This will save you another 5% or $13.5.

This deal is even better as you might have Target gift cards that were discounted from a previous eBay deal, but even if not you’re paying  $256.5 for $300 in eBay gift cards which you can use in the future for eBay gift card deals. As far as I know you won’t earn any cash back or miles for gift cards on Target.com by going through a portal, but it never hurts to try and see what happens.
