OMFG so stupid. this is why i make it a point to always tell people the subject header or E-Mail address. been fighting with Starbucks forever to get my $10 and I FINALLY was able to find the $10 in my E-Mail. apologized to starbucks and let them know to tell other customers.

e-Cert did NOT come from Starbucks or Visa. its from Cash Star. It went to SPAM. Was on the verge of deleting it.

“Your $10 eGift for using Visa Checkout” – [email protected]

So dumb dude. Promos should always have the subject line and email.

hope this helps.

Worked for me as well. It took about 24 hours after reloading $10 to get the $10 gift card

I just did this last night but never got a email about the $10 bonus. Have they run out already?

Was curious about whether I could get this to work through Visa Checkout using one of the Visa Gift Cards I got last week during that Office Depot $15-off promotion. I did, and just got the $10 gift card from Starbucks and added it to my Starbucks account. Not a very big dent in liquidating that $200 VGC, but a nice little boost.

Any idea if this will work with a separate person’s Visa checkout account but my same Starbucks account?

I’ve seen people on other forums say it doesn’t work

Also, I do see a “Thanks for reloading with Visa Checkout. You’ll receive your e-gift in 24 hrs via email” message on the main page of the app now (where it shows my star points, inbox, history, and settings.

So, with the BankAmeriDeal, I paid $9 for $20, and I’ll still get the std rewards on the credit card used during the visa checkout process (in my case 1.75% cash back through Bank of America, or roughly $0.18 more).

If only 😉

I’m not a MS’er nor do I churn. I just try to stretch my dollar as far as possible using every reward and deal out there.

This deal is means my coffee will be 56% off and that sounds A-ok to me.

Good job J.M. The point is you know how to make a deal work to your advantage and that will mean greater profit for you down the line. Still, thought that was funny Sa.

You make yourself sound more like an extreme couponer. To each there own.

Not a couponer at all, although I do use iBotta ($200 in a year). I mainly try to use my credit cards to their max values for category spend and take advantage of gift card offers that makes sense. It’s all about hitting a 3-100% savings on everything I ever spend, not counting signup bonuses.

Stacks with the BankAmeriDeal for 10% off the reload amount (if available and activated in your BankAmeriDeals).
