Check your AmEx Offers for one of the following deals:
- Spend $1,000 at Amexgiftcard.com in one or more purchases and get a $50 statement credit. Valid through 12/31/22.
- Spend $300 at Amexgiftcard.com by 12/31/2022 and get a $20 statement credit.
- Other cards
- Get a one-time $10 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to spend a minimum of $200 in one or more purchases online at Amexgiftcard.com by 12/31/2022.
Our Verdict
The $1,000/$50 version is being offered on some Amex business cards, though I’m seeing the $200/$10 version on both personal and business cards.
You can buy either physical gift cards or electronic gift cards. Possible promo codes to get the fees waived: BUYMORE, PHONE501, PHONE502, SHOPEARLY2022. Check the comments for other offer codes to waive fees.
Just remember that you don’t earn points on the purchase when paying with an Amex card, so this is just an Amex Offer play. From memory, this spend does count toward spend requirements, hopefully someone can confirm in the comments that’s still the case.
