Just a maintenance issue
It’s back as of this morning.
Nice been holding on 88K MRs for this transfer bonus. Time to book that flight to Japan next year.
You want to call in to Virgin Atlantic and book over the phone. They’re very helpful and will even give your book a 72 hour booking hold to transfer points in the mean time. I’m having troubles transferring my points though since I’m getting an “Account Linkage Rejection” in my AMEX rewards account.
Just an updated about my points transfer. I called into AMEX rewards and was able to transfer points instantly over the phone.
This pretty much means 1000 MR = 1300 Alaska miles?
Virgin Atlantic is NOT the same as Virgin America. Different airlines, different mileage programs.

I’m getting the same – 1:1 offer from being logged in, not logged in and multiple different private browsers. Haven’t tried VPN
Please delete my previous comment. I had to log out and back in – maybe cached from yesterday – but it did show the VS offer once navigating to the transfer points screen.
Works fine when you log in! Mine also showed 1000=1000 beforehand too.
Shows 1000 Mr = 1300 virgin miles for me.
Also shows trublue 250 = 250 (up from 200)
