People have been having a lot of issues with Paypal digital gifts recently, with gift cards being zero’d out or just not being accessible at all. This is a nice discount when stacked with other gift cards on sale, but not sure it’s worth dealing with the nightmare that is Paypal digital gifts currently.

I tried using them on Ebay to purchase another email gift card but now I’m stuck with them. Can I get a refund on the emailed Ebay gift cards?
If you bought the cards on eBay, you can try requesting a refund based on the fact that you thought you could use them for anything on eBay, and you can’t.
