I have only used them for pickup. This is the first time that I recall that the deal is for delivery only.
Certain codes work for pickup, you just gotta read the terms or try them. Every so often there is “delivery only” code or sometimes they run “Delivery only” for multiple weeks.

These codes are usually 1 day only, so it’s best to grab whatever things you need before midnight, even if you’re a lazy slob like myself, just pick up some things!
I also recently did buy a year sub for 7-11 Gold Pass , and sometimes there’s some good deals to be stacked like Bevs, snacks and stuff that you can only take advantage with the Gold pass and you can get 10% additional cash back on all pick up orders as well.
They will cancel your order if you don’t pick up within a short time frame, at least at the locations near me.

Mine was not ready for pickup until an hour later, and if you don’t know within 15 minutes of ready to pickup, then they cancel your order. Never seen such user unfriendly business. On top of that, my order showed “not eligible for refund. Now I have to deal with dispute.

By far, the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Had special promo as gold member, 7Now app showed an error as entire store wasn’t available. Chat support advised that 7Now there is nothing they can do. And to just drive to the store and ask them to honor the promo. I asked the agent’s name he said classified , asked his/her position , said my position is sitting down. Cancelled my gold membership right away and disputed the charge with my credit card

Didn’t work, switching to pickup after promo took the code off.
They also charge sales tax on all the added on fees which I think is wrong.
That doesn’t work. I’ve tried it before. I tried it again today and it auto removes the promo code since you can’t change to pickup on the checkout screen.

Also I’ve seen promotions in my mobile app for 7-Eleven Gold Pass, so does anyone have any input on using that subscription? I’m not sure if it’s worth the subscription and convenience per month. None of the stores in my area have gas stations so I won’t need the gas discount, plus I have never utilized the delivery yet so that’s iffy. I don’t shop constantly at 7-Eleven, just occasional Slurpee and coffee visits.
I started 7pass last month and find it useful enough for coffee. I have a 711 in my neighborhood and have integrated it into some morning routines. But man is that place depressing and man is their food disgusting. I try to like their hot food more but blech.

I was charged a fifty cent convenience fee on my $15 order. The tax was $1.19.
Yup, noticed the same. I checked against the combined local, county, and state sales taxes and it was higher than the highest possible sales tax. I even used the original full pre-coupon amount and it’s still unreasonably high. It’s not fees either, since those are broken out separately in the details section

MARCH10 works on pickup….dozen raw eggs, 2 hard boiled eggs and 6-pack Heineken 0.0 for 12.27, should qualify for $10 Heineken 0.0 rebate (and $0.60 CRV if I were really pushing it).

I was able to use this on my phone and my husband’s and decided to go in the store to make sure I only ordered items that were in stock – got lots of chips and drinks and beer for our next game day- out of pocket was $27 for two six packs of IPAs, 4 bags (8 oz each) chips, 4 red bulls, 6 20 oz bottles of sodas and two banana. The app showed that I saved $40.48 on the first order – because of buying things that were on sale plus the $20 off – I feel rich lol
