7-Eleven Rewards Review – Earn Points For Your Purchases + 800 Point Sign Up Bonus (Enough For Free Item)

7-Eleven has announced a new points based rewards system, you’ll also continue to still receive your seventh cup free. If you sign up now you’ll also receive 800 points for free, existing customers also get this bonus. The program works as follows, you just scan your rewards code from the app, website or your physical rewards card when checking out and you receive 25 points per $1 spent (excluding services, fuel, and age-restricted items including tobacco, lottery, and alcohol). You can also get bonus points for specific purchases. You can then redeem 800 points for:

  • Big Gulp
  • Med Hot Beverage, Slurpee or Chillers Ice Coffee
  • Ring Donut
  • Brownie or 2pk cookies
  • Taquito
  • Single Serve Chips

This means it’s $32 in spend per free item. Starbucks is $62.5 per free item as a comparison. It’s nice to see 7/11 keeping the old free cup promotion and adding this loyalty program on top
