I do NOT have t-mobile and did an online Taco Bell order today and was able to use the t-mobile free taco promo. I did the order through the website and not the app. The Taco Bell website does NOT check if you have t-mobile when adding the promo to your cart.

Same here. I do actually have T-mobile but it’s a really old feature phone on the $10/yr prepaid plan and the app said it doesn’t qualify me for T-mobile Tuesday rewards.

Went to Tacobell.com and the free taco is in my account! Sweet.

Avoid the meat, I solely eat the bean tacos and I never have digestive issues with Taco Bell.

FWIW almost get pretty decent promos that offset mobile service -ymmv based on where you live and work.

$966 in free stuff from T-mo each year and no 1099-misc or -int lol 😉 granted some of it is swag and branded merch.

from T-mo website:
‘”Since T-Mobile Tuesdays launched in 2016, Un-carrier customers have snagged over 186 million fun freebies and deals, including Pandora Plus, Dunkin credit, Redbox rentals, Atom movie tickets, Live Nation concert tickets, Shell gasoline, and more…just for being T-Mobile customers. That means you can get up to as much as $966 in free stuff a year for every T-Mobile ONE customer according to leading independent industry analysts. “

Highly interested in that $966 figure. Care to share your list of what you’ve received and how much you value the items at?

Trevor
Not my numbers and It should have been “schwag” not swag. Also said it was from T-mo website and used quotes.

That said I do find outsourced value and have made money on upgrading flagships for almost two years – have seven lines.on Military ONE plan @ $140/mo. (also go thru Costco).

Most of the gimmicky stuff on T-mo Tues is just that. but other times small gems (MLB app $140) comes to mind if your a baseball fan. Again other offering are YMMV.

‘The extra value packed into T-Mobile ONE is estimated to be up to $1,550.71 annually after all its individual perks and benefits are considered, according to analysis by Strategy Analytics. That’s on top of unlimited data, talk and text. ‘

12 months of Netflix +/- $150
I pay an extra $3 for the upgrade to UHD and 4X streams. Granted Netflix is not what it was.

Also total bill with EIP (0% 3 phones) and a few other adds is a little more than $200. I pay with CIC (5X) is a little more than 12K UR. So with great local and satisfactory Intl coverage – Honestly T-mo blows me away and I;ve been with all 4 carriers.

I JUST looked at the 1099 I got from my “T-Mobile Tuesday giveaway” and had to report last year, when I sold the FREE 1 share of T-Mobile stock they gave me for free. I’ve gained a few pounds (US, NOT UK 🙂 ) with all the (PER number), free 500 calorie coffee cake muffins from Dunkin Donuts, and finally, Panera’s still got $4 I can get until, Feb ?12th? since their system broke last week. LOTS of stuff and WELL worth it…. But, the KICKER?? They are NICE and will bend over backwards to help.

I went literally swimming with my 1.5 year old Note3 — After a bit of arm twisting, instead of $800 for a new one, with no insurance, they sent me a refurbed Note3 for $150, which was less than most insurance deductibles.

And finally, YOU make lots of $$ even if you don’t use T-Mobile…. Legere started the pricing war to drive down YOUR nickle and dimed to death cell bill, from all the other companies…. Love em….

Ditto on probably gain of # but lmao about £.

I agree about T-mobiles customer service, if your a post paid customer with excellent credit they do go the extra mile.

I dread the merger – I fully expect that what happened to Alaska/SPG post merger will happen. Industry darlings become mediocre.

I sat down and did the math – with the various Promos (T-mo/Costco) and credits I’ve accuired 6 flagships over almost 2 years – in reality at a zero net cost and ATM I’m ahead around $300-$500 on top of owning 5 flagships after the 0% EIP is completed. I cam keep, sell or rinse an repeat on a trade in deal.

Sometimes they remind me of the Sears insane spend.$20 get $20 type deals.

“added to your account and you can use it any day of the week”

As someone who does not have T-Mobile, but enjoys taco bell, I’m really wondering what this means. I’m hoping it means that they’ll put a promo code in your account that you’ll then have to redeem while mobile ordering on the Taco Bell app. I don’t know if they’ve ever done something like this before (AFAIK they have not done anything with Taco Bell for T-Mobile Tuesdays in the past…), but I’m hoping it’ll be something that isn’t account locked.

Just to add more for anyone curious, here’s what the article also states:

“To score your free seasoned beef or bean Soft Taco or Crunchy Taco every week, just open the T-Mobile Tuesdays app and claim your free taco, any day that week! When you’re ready to make your taco a reality, hit Redeem, create an account at tacobell.com (you’ll only have to do that once), add a credit card per line (you won’t be charged if you’re just getting your free taco) and order online. You can also add more items to your order and schedule a pickup.”

But the question I have is, how will they give you the free taco? Do you link your taco bell account to your T-Mobile account? Based on the wording it does sound like it’ll be a promo code you’ll copy and paste, but there’s nothing that clearly states that. I’m willing to guess, though, that there will be a limit of 1 free taco per order, regardless. I’m guessing you won’t be able to enter multiple promo codes per order, and I’m also guessing that the taco bell would get confused/annoyed if you roll up to the drive through telling them that you have 5 different mobile orders, each for a free taco.

Can’t wait till Tuesday regardless 🙂

I have 4 lines with T-mobile which should mean 4 tacos, and I’m guessing I’ll have to do 4 orders from 4 separate Taco Bell accounts. I’ll pick them up in one visit. I don’t think it will confuse or annoy them.

Worked flawlessly, redeemed each taco code into a separate Taco Bell account and ordered one taco per account. Picked them all up at the same time with no issues. I did use different names on the Taco Bell accounts to avoid confusion, so when I walked into TB I said “Hi, I’m picking up mobile orders for W, X, Y, and Z.”

Pretty sure it’s a one time thing link to the unique redemption code generated by each T-mo Tues acct (has been in the past – have 7 T-mo lines for fam and Biz.

But from what I’ve read each week you get another free taco.

But all the redemption codes generated for T-mo promotions have been unique and single use
