[YMMV] Chase Offers/BofA: Save 15% at Hyatt, Max $38

The Offer

Check your Chase cards for the following offer:

  • Get 15% back on Hyatt purchases. $100 minimum stay, $38 maximum discount

The Fine Print

  • Offer valid one time only
  • Payment must be made on or before offer expiration date
  • Valid for US hotels only

Our Verdict

Usually, the same offers show with Chase as with Bank Amerideals and some other banks. Nice deal for anybody with Hyatt stays coming up. Don’t forget to stack it with the Hyatt Q2 2019 promotion as well.

Purchased a $250 gift card at a Hyatt Place and it triggered the offer.

I’ll try buying a gift card when on my award stay Thursday to see if that triggers it

Did your gift card purchase trigger this?

I have a Hyatt stay coming up in Kauai in May so obviously too late to use this but does anyone know if this will work on…

1. Hyatt gift cards purchased at a Hyatt front desk?
2. Spa gift cards purchased online for the Anara Spa at the Grand Hyatt Kauai?

My reservation was booked with points so pre-paying for a night or two is not an option.

Hi, how can I pay for my wife’s Hyatt reservation with this offer? She booked the room couple days ago.

Not yet. Didn’t see any transaction on the credit card of that reservation.

Don’t see it. But compared to Amex’s 20% off, lame anyway.

Amex deal is only 20% if you hit the high minimum (ie $300), then perfectly hit that amount (ie $60 back). This Chase deal is way more flexible.

Nice. It’s like getting back what you paid for the destination/resort fee, parking, or state or city-imposed taxes.

Nope. I don’t see this promo on any of my cards. Must be targeted.
