The Fine Print

  • Offer is limited to one reward per bank card customer and is applicable on their first purchase only of $5.00 or more (up to a $25.00 purchase) during the offer redemption period.
  • Offer is valid at participating U.S. Starbucks locations and for in-store redemption only.
  • Offer not valid at locations inside grocers, retailers, airports and hotels.
  • Offer expires on 4/29/2019.
  • You can redeem this offer by using your Wells Fargo rewards-based credit card in store. Get access to even more benefits by using this offer to load your Starbucks® Rewards account within the Starbucks® app.

Our Verdict

Best idea is probably to load your Starbucks app $25 and get the full 250 points. It’s only $2.50, but a lot of people are Starbucks regulars, and this is easy money back. There are a bunch of other Wells Fargo deals currently as well for Staples, Office Depot, Kohl’s, and more.

Chase Pay and Bank Amerideals also have 10% off Starbucks as well.

10% is just meh though, they almost always have this offer, as does chase offers. For starbucks, aim at at least 20% discount. Many offers in the past have had up to 50% (visa check out) and frys randomly does 20%. also, whenever places have 20% discount (e.g. amex and chase amazon offers, use those to buy starbucks at a discount.
in summary, 10% is weak 🙂
