This deal auto subscribes you to Amazon Music Unlimited, so make sure you cancel that subscription if you don’t want to be charged $7.99 a month. Can’t see this deal lasting, so jump on if you want it. Unfortunately it doesn’t work on the version with the clock.

AARP sent me an amazon code for Echo Show 8 for $30. It is selling for $70 now.

Was able to buy one. You have to use desktop or safari with “request desktop”. I read you might be able to contact support to cancel the subscription. But I know it’s bundled so I probably won’t. Maybe I will after it’s delivered.
Also those codes as amazon download content. Unlike items physically shipped from amazon. However my digital download credits dropped the price even further.

We have been using Echo Dots as doorstops. Not sure we want to pay $8+ for one though.

Order for the dot was cancelled, saying ‘undeliverable’, but of course we still got dinged for a month of the subscription. The 96 other orders we’ve had over the last few months all worked okay 🙁

Nope. I immediately cancelled but there was no refund.. just 1 month music subscription

I see this as well, because I had prime music before. So must be both first timer for echo and prime music. bummer.

Ya I love when people try to bash these kind of products with these kind of comments. The same people with a cell phone in there pocket and them using the internet all day.
