Our Verdict
Previous best offer was 130,000 points + a free night certificate. This is 20,000 more points & $100, the offer you prefer will depend on personal preference. Prior to that the best offer was 125,000 + $100 or 150,000 so this is better than both of those. I think I prefer this offer as I don’t really like single free night certificates and also like straight up cash. I think this offer was originally supposed to be a TPG exclusive, but I could never get that offer to work whereas this incognito mode offer seems to be working fine for me. I’ll add this to our list of the best credit card bonuses. As always if you have any questions, read this post about American Express cards first.

In Incognito, I’m seeing 150k after 2k spend in 3 months and additional 50k points after 10k total spend in 6 months. Total is 200k points.

I’m seeing 125,000 (no statement credit) without incognito and 150,000 (no statement credit) in incognito. This may be dead.

Guess I missed the deal for now. shows 125K without 100. I didn’t apply, because I couldn’t use the 10 lounge passes by the end of year ( 2019) thought that I would start my application in Jan 2020. Hope this will come back.
How good is Amex about matching the $100 credit statement? Signed up for 150000 points only a few days ago.

Any way around the annual fee?
New to Hilton – is the only way to find out if you have a free night certificate from cc calling customer service. I’m expecting 2 or 3 certificates but some CSRs are clueless with help on which card I got the free night from?
Finally was able to find the offer. I’m not eligible since I have the card so my wife applied and got the “you’re not eligible message due to history of offers” or something. She has excellent credit, lots of income, and only two AMEX cards ever (one consumer and one biz Starwood AMEX cards obtained in 2016. Is there anyway around these restrictions????
I have an overseas trip next summer, should I apply now or wait until next year before the trip? I know this card is one per life time. Also I would like to use the 10 lounge passes during our travel, if I apply now, I won’t be able to use the passes before the end of the year, as no air travel planned. Any idea please?
