Any business that doesn’t have an 800 number to talk to a live person has something to hide.

I got credited for 10 but took 2 weeks for them to verify the receipt. They didnt credit me, I sent the receipt, they only credited me for 300, then I had to go back and forth until they credited the whole thing

Did this show as pending or in shop activity? I submitted the receipt and some message popped up about needing a couple weeks to verify but now I don’t see it anywhere and I can see still see the offer on my instore deals. Should I just submit it again?

It won’t show anywhere. I would save the receipt image and record the date you sent it. You might get the points in a day, or in a week. You should get an email saying “Swagbucks (or “Points”) Awarded” or “Upload Error.” If you don’t hear anything back in 10 days, upload it again.

25 days later they finally confirmed this and that I bought two but only awarded 500 instead of 1000. 500 is the current offer.

Submit a ticket and they *should* fix it. They might ask for the receipt image again.

Can anyone confirm they got the 3000 point referral bonus for Fetch from signing up with Money Ninja’s referral link?

I got 3,500 points from his link.

2,000 for sign up and scanning the first receipt, then 1,500 for the next 3.

After that I got what seems like regular points for each receipt.

Be careful, these people tend to close your account and take your cash back without warning and for no reason. I signed up for the Transunion promotion published here (I had never signed up before for the for Swagbucks or Transunion) and I paid the $25 membership for Transunion. Swagbucks closed my account before I could even withdraw the reward.

It’s a common issue – Swagbucks is paranoid that people who sign up and quickly complete profitable offers are not legitimate users (i.e., users with multiple accounts). A lot of people have success getting the account re-activated after contacting support. My advice is to sign up for Swagbucks now and use it for small deals in preparation for large ones you want to do down the road.

I had my account deactivated and they fixed it after a BBB complaint.

Had my account deactivated and also P2’s account deactivated. Eventually they reopened both after sending in license, etc. A pain but hopefully they’ll pay out.

I’ve never done a Swagbucks deal where you purchase something in a physical store. Since there’s no direct link to the offer, can someone please explain how this works? Does Safeway sell Bare Chicken? Or it only works at Publix?  William Charles

Swagbucks has an app called “Shoply” where you can snap receipts to submit. You sign in the app using your Swagbucks credentials. The credit is instant. There are multiple stores listed for the Bare Chicken – but often it depends on your local store if they carry it. I know its available at my Publix and I have done the deal once a week now for three weeks.

Bill, do you get the 1000 SB credit for this by submitting through Shoply? I have always submitted it through the website. Also, you say the credit is instant – what retailer, and do you know if it credited instantly 3 weeks or longer ago?

I have seen Shoply on the Swago boards, but never knew of any reason to install it. For a long time the Publix receipts would never credit instantly on MyPoints or Swagbucks, but a week or two ago the MyPoints receipts started crediting instantly (haven’t submitted to Swagbucks since that started).

Publix Costco and Winco. Costco is not a Moneymaker as their chicken comes in bulk and more expensive

sudocat thanks for this info! I was wondering too. So I need to download the app “Shoply” and log in with my Swagbucks credentials? Then do I link my credit card or upload receipts? There is a WinCo near me though I’ve never been into one before.. How much does the bare chicken cost?

I didnt do that, I don’t even have shoply. I just bought 2 chicken thighs for 3.xx each and uploaded the receipt on their website. Was a slight moneymaker

Go to https://www.swagbucks.com/shop/in-store . If it’s available I expect it would be near the top, but you might have to search the page.

I have used this deal twice now. You can doing it once per week (Sunday-Saturday) through the end of November or while supplies of the deal last per the fine print. Publix has had this chicken on sale for either 2 for 9.00 or 2 for 10.00 depending on the chicken variety. Also, it pairs up well with ibotta which has 2.00 back when you purchase 2.

If this is enforced, then it is only for people in major cities where they can get same day delivery from Amazon Fresh or other alike services.

There are two of the same offer on Swagbucks…one for online and one for in-store. Currently Publix (at least mine) has it on sale for 2 for 10.00 or 2 for 9.00.
