Still waiting too after an hour
It’s been about 5 hours for me and I don’t see the credit either.
Did you already have a Tropical Smoothie account, or did you create a new one after downloading? Totally spitballin’ here, but I know that when Mellow Mushroom recently overhauled their online ordering system, they did a free pizza promotion for people with existing accounts who migrated and set up a new account with the same email address. Maybe this is a similar situation and the $5 credit is only offered to people who have an existing rewards account.
I am a member already and got my 5 dollar credit via email about 15 minutes after downloading the new app.
Hmm … so maybe I am on to something.
Yes, you needed to have an account in the past to get the credit. If you enter your e-mail address & phone number and it doesn’t find your old account, you will not get credit.

Did not have account previously- only signed up in app. That may be why there is no bonus.
