They are just the QR code and cannot be added to the app.

People have reported being able to use past codes (3 weeks ago) to purchase items. However, since it doesn’t bound to their terms, and their terms also mentioned that the QR codes will expire (which it didn’t), we can’t be 100% sure. It could last forever, it could last till the end of this year. No one knows for certain.
