Mine posted on Nov 26th too, no follow ups with either Marriott or Chase so seems like just needed to wait…

Have any one received the bonus? I added the additional card in the middle of October, but still no luck 🙁

I haven’t either. Added my card on Oct 1st by the link in the email. I Contacted Marriott today and they opened a case for me. It could be too early, but like you I was getting worried.

My 10k posted Nov 26th! The case advised my points will post with 8 weeks or no later than Dec 1st (added additional card Oct 1st). My agent did ask for me to forward the promotion email, but it wasn’t needed. They responded with the typical “We can’t see your chase promotions” that Brandi got. I’d be patient, but if after 8 weeks you don’t see them in your Bonvoy account forward your email to [email protected].

I haven’t received mine either. Just sent a secure message to Chase but they are saying they don’t see the offer on my account. When I look at the offer email language closer it seems like it came from Marriott, not Chase. I’m going to contact them next.

Followup to my previous comment: it’s not easy to get the 10k points. I secure messaged with Chase first – got nowhere. They said that Marriott has to issue the points. Called Marriott – they said Chase had to issue the points. Called Chase instead of messaging and luckily got an agent that was aware of this offer and the problem between Chase and Marriott. The Chase agent got a Marriott person on the phone with us and they opened a case for me with Marriott. Supposedly they will be contacting me and issuing the points…we’ll see 🙁

Marriott is having some IT issues, BTW. One of my FNA certificates is missing on the Marriott Bonvot website. Might wanna keep track of yours, or else Marriott would be more than happy to let it slide.

Can P2 be added as AU if P2 has the same card already?

Does adding AU on Chase cards count against 5/24?

Counts against theirs, yes. Unless you remove.

No SSN. I got the10k offer, lucky me. Thanks DOC, I typically delete all the emails from the hotel chains and I found this in my Trash and added my wife.

People use to use dogs names with Chase back in day for extra bonuses although this has been awhile not sure if a SSN is needed or not as it use to not be required, but havent tried to add an AU on a chase card in over 5 years

Or an imaginary friend. I think there’s been a subsequent account review that was seemingly related.

Didn’t get any offer this time around. Don’t even remember now if I did or did not already have an AU on my Marriott account, TBH; actually, perhaps I did, because I recall receiving two cards when they did the re-design, maybe that’s why no more promotion? Gotta remove the old AU first?
