Update 1/5/22: The $120/$60 credits offer has been extended through June 30, 2022 for those who have not yet used it. (The 10x/5x points offer might still be ending on 3/31/22.) Hat tip to FM
Update 3/31/21: Chase has also announced that Preferred cardholders will earn 5x points and Reserve cardholders will earn 10x points on Peloton equipment purchases through March 2022 with a cap of 25,000 & 50,000 points respectively.
Original Post:
Chase has launched today a new partnership with Peloton exercise company to get a statement credit toward the cost of the Peloton monthly membership fee.

- Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders will get up to $120 in statement credits to offset the cost of either the all-access membership fee ($39/month) or the digital access cost ($12.99/month).
- Chase Sapphire Preferred cardholders will get up to $60 in annual statement credits to offset the cost of either the all-access membership fee ($39.99/month) or the digital access cost ($12.99/month).
This new offer begins now and continues through December 31, 2021. Basically, you can get 3 free months of all-access membership or around 8 months of free digital access membership. The digital membership also comes with a 30 day free trial.
Niche benefit, but will be useful to some. Note: you don’t need a Peloton bike to make use of Peloton membership subscription.
I see the $120/$60 credits have been extended to 6/30/22 on Peloton website but I don’t see the extension on my Chase benefit page. Are others seeing the Peloton benefit on Chase?
Is this just an extension of this benefit? Or could it be a reset so that if I used it up in 2021 we can start from scratch in 2022?
This is unclear. I no longer see Peloton benefit under my CSR. Canceled my Peloton membership until this gets clarified.
I was mainly using Peloton + CSR to cash out funds from Flexible Spending Account for free.
I did some favors to myself and instead of purchasing these expensive treadmills or bikes with large displays, I did jogging outside in fresh air instead of treadmills and I purchased a typical stationary bike without display on Amazon 🙂
NordicTrack treadmills are competitors to Peloton but they were super heavy and it can take several hours to assemble or disassemble (not sure about Peloton). It can be an issue, if requiring maintenance or return.
Yes, I stopped paying a monthly gym subscription so I can pay a subscription to use my home gym. This is worthless.
nothing about new doordash credits huh?
After Big died, I stopped using my peloton. I don’t want to die in a peloton.
As if your broke ass could even afford one
Well, if anyone’s not going to use their credits, happy to work something out.
CSR holder with interest.
P2 has the bike so we rotated between both our CSR cards to retrieve the credits last year. Then for the remainder of the year, got some friends with CSRs or CSPs who use our Peloton sometimes to help pay. Looks like we’ll do the same this year if Chase would like to quietly extend until 12/31 😉 This along with recent travels outside North America has made the CSR worth keeping despite the 550 AF
They would be better off keeping the annual $60 doordash credit. I’m so glad I remembered to use it before 2021 ended lol.
Great, another worthless credit I won’t use. Right up there with GoPuff.
I want the DoorDash credits back.
