Anyone using BK app see that a lot of the restaurant has a grey “order now” icon? 13/15 restaurant near me have that and it won’t allow for ordering through the app at ALL. I guess from what I research, they disabled mobile ordering for this free whopper.
Now the only way to get it is in person in their store (drive through won’t work since every time I try, they asked you to go inside on the 3 restaurant that I try).
Yes! I’m experiencing the same issue. It happened to me too with the Popeyes offer. Try ordering before 12 noon.
I’ve done mine 11am local time, and even now, same issue. Uninstall and reinstall apps too.
They was a recent BK app update for android (less than a hour ago for me), and now it works.
