Our Verdict
Gotta play some matching game to get the coupon and you have to do it on your phone as well (I think). Some people seem to really love this bread.
Expired
Worked for me on desktop (Chrome) with the “User Agent Switcher” extension set to Android – KitKat.
Just recently tried?
Wish they mailed a box of bread and coupons again. That was a good promotion. No store around me accepts free printed coupons. Plus I don’t have a printer, used to use the office printer.
This. literally can never find a place that will accept printed coupons. Most wont even take the “official” ones that get mailed.
Ever since that promo it’s the only bread I buy now. Never would have paid for it before lol
It’s actually a really low quality bread for the price it is sold at. At that price there are many more higher quality options.
I’m able to print the coupon now although the post says expired.
This just worked for me on my phone at like 1:15 eastern.
So i had of trouble matching the buns so i spent 5 minutes on this stupid thing, only to find out that they are out of coupons. I was so mad I called customer service and they are sending me a coupon for a free loaf. Give it a try YMMV
Don’t bother. Out of prints.
“This coupon is out of prints”
Think they’ll accept this at Costco?
No. Costco doesn’t take manufacturer coupons.
Thanks! This bread is a big hit in my household.
Makes me sad. Someone is going to lose their job for swinging big.
It’s meant to be printed and if you can print off 1, you can copy it. Free bread until 5/31….
Can they deactivate the barcode quickly?
I mean, I don’t think coupon laws in most states allow them to take it back. That said what makes this different from the standard coupon printing websites that can be copied?
The PIN number is different on each one so it’s fraudulent to use the same one more than once.
The pin is the same so I couldn’t use it more than once, but 1 free loaf is still nice!
Did it scan at the register the second time?
The pin and barcodes are different on the 2 copies I printed. But if one takes the same coupon to Safeway scans/redeems, than goes does the street to Publix and goes through the checkout – what happens? Do they have that level of tech in place now to know it’s been scanned already?
The issue would probably be at the back end. If Safeway sends through for their reimbursement, then Publix, only Safeway would be reimbursed and Publix wouldn’t.
Many many years ago, managers of stores used to pay people to clip coupons so they could get reimbursement. They’d have a field day if there weren’t PIN or UID numbers on each copy, they could print hundreds of copies and get reimbursed.
My guess is that it’ll scan the second time. I hope you’re asking for intellectual curiosity only.
Here are two important rules that I live by:
1. Don’t commit fraud.
2. If you’re going to ignore rule #1 and commit fraud anyway, please do it for something better than a loaf of bread.
