Just got this exact offer on my Wells Fargo CC under the Wells Fargo Deals section in my online banking.
Isn’t this so small as to basically be a wash for most people? If gas is a little more expensive or the station further away how much are people really saving?
I’ve got in it on my Prime card, which is already getting 10% and the gas is around the same cost as Mobil around me.
I usually don’t shop around for gas unless there’s a 30-40 cent difference. At 10-12 gallons per fill up, it’s not worth the inconvenience. But for those with SUVs or trucks, I imagine the savings is much higher.
I have a 5% max $3.50 ($70) deal on my Chase Southwest Priority. Expires 12/31/2022.
