Obviously a fantastic if targeted, seems to be given to people with a recent Hilton stay.

Worked for me! 20 nights this year, US-based. Kinda shocked because I’m usually never targeted for these things and I’m not signed up to receive Hilton emails.
The 10,000 Bonus Points gift is only available for select Hilton Honors members and is non-transferrable. It doesn’t appear you qualified at this time, but make sure you’re opted in to receiving updates from Hilton Honors so we can stay in touch with our latest special offers and announcements.

Strange they sent you a targeted email to tell you you’re not targeted for the offer. That’s just insulting. I would hate to be getting emails telling me I didn’t get an offer for which others qualified. I would probably be in therapy.
