Our Verdict
Seems to be targeted towards people that recently completed status match challenges.
P2 was targeted, has never booked a Hyatt, just opened an award account this year.
I was targeted, with no Chase card or any WoH account activity of any kind, while P2 has the WoH card & Explorist status and was not targeted.
DP: my promo email very explicitly offers a Cat 1 only free night cert after meeting the two stay requirements. Hard pass.
Not targeted. Probably because I’ve stayed 20+ nights already this year.
These targeted offers seems to very lop-sided; you either have not stayed in Hyatt this year or stay too often but never the middle person.
The illegitimate step-child of the former “Faster Free Nights” promo? LoL
