Our Verdict
These are higher miles offers we’ve seen than in the past, but without the statement credits, reserve cards also don’t have the normal MQM. I wouldn’t consider the Delta gold offers as that has been 90k miles or 70k + $200. We will add the other offers to our list of the best credit card bonuses.

The appeal is that it’s a credit card with plane metal + the 747 design + your name on it. I don’t think it’s substitutable if that’s the reason one wants the card.

Is there even a slim chance that amex will match offers? I applied for the delta gold business card a couple days ago when the offer was 50k miles for 2k spend and 1st year AF waived. A day later they have a public offer of 75k miles for 3k spent and 1st year AF waived. Really shooting myself in the foot over this one
They don’t usually, but I have seen them offer some courtesy points. It’s happened to me before personally using the chat feature.
Thanks tim, I reached out to them via chat and a CSR said they would escalate this to the back end team and have them review my case for me and told me to reach back out in a couple weeks for whatever determination they make. Was it they same for you or they they automatically grant you the extra miles?
FWIW, I just did a dummy booking and got the Gold Biz 70k + $200 offer (for $3k spend) on checkout, so that offer is still around for anyone interested in that card.
I am getting the consumer 50k points + $400 credit offer, which I am not eligible for. Is there a way to trigger the biz offer?
You can try to help it along by opening your Delta profile and checking the box that says you’re a business owner.

For the Reserve card, I’m still seeing an elevated offer of 125K miles and 10K MQM after $5K in spend in 3 months. However, I’ve been in popup jail for at least 9 months. I regularly put spend on my Amex cards, especially BCP and Gold, but no luck getting out of jail yet.
where are you seeing the 125k offer? i was targeted before but don’t see it anymore :/
This was a month ago using an incognito tab. I’m now seeing the 100K offer for the personal Reserve card.
Dead now or is this YMMV?
