The Offer
- The U.S. Bank shopping portal is offering $10/1,000 bonus cash when you shop $50 through the portal.
Our Verdict
Multiple people mentioned this offer. Seems to be available for all U.S. Bank and Elan customers.
Hat tip to reader, Fred, Maybe frugal and to Mithridel
How do I access the “Shopping Portal?” I can’t find a link in my US Bank account and the Assistant doesn’t know what I’m talking about.
$10 just got posted to my Cash+ account and 1000 points to my Business Leverage account for this Earn Mall offer. Was worth the wait. 🙂
Anybody get this to actually post? I got a tracking email for $10 spring bonus back on July 7 but nothing in my actual account. Today is 10 weeks after the bonus period which is what the terms say to allow.
Mine finally posted on 8/4.
got an email on 7/7 saying that I’ve earned 1000 points but statement closed a few days ago and I don’t see the 1000 added

DP on Home Improvement $10/$25 spend offer
4/8 – $25 Amazon GC from Lowe’s
7/8 – $10 “Statement Credit Offer”
I was about to start emailing them soon, their time-frames are so long and vague, prime to be forgotten about. I have done 4 of their “enroll” offers and finally this one credited. Now waiting on credits for $250 spend, for starting an extend pay plan, and for $50 gas spend.
4/7 $50 Amazon GC from Lowe’s
7/8 $10 statement credit offer
Update: $25 for $250 spend
4/26 >$250 walmart app purchase
7/16 $25 statement credit offer
Update: $20 for creating an extendpay plan
4/26 >$250 walmart app purchase
5/06 moved purchase to extendpay
7/21 Statement close. “Bonus Offer” appears under Reward Dollars Earned in e-statement. $20 added to rewards (not automatically redeemed)
I did pay $0.90 just because I didn’t want to risk it ending the plan before payout.
Unlike Amex who usually credits 3-4 days after requirements are met, US Bank take their time and credits according to their terms and conditions. So if the terms and conditions said that the statement credit would be credited to your account 2-3 billing cycles after the end of the promotion period, they take their time and credit after 3 billing cycles. I never had to contact them for missing credits.
I have 2 US Bank visa cards, and I did get the offer, but I never know which card the offer is on. “Thank you for enrolling. Be sure to use your Credit Card for gas station purchases from June 1, 2022 through July 31, 2022 to take advantage of this offer.” Which card? I’m sure it’s not both card’s…
JoeZ The email you received with the offer should tell you the last 4 numbers of the card that it applies to.
Never received an e-mail on this offer, but I called and they told me the correct one. Thanks!
Likely targeted/YMMV but getting a $10 statement credit when I spend $50 or more on gas on my US Bank Cash Plus Card through 7/31. I get a pop up banner near the top of the page for this after logging into the US Bank website. William Charles Chuck
Thanks, we’ll have a post tomorrow
Chuck, did you ever do a post on the US Bank $10 credit for $50 or more in spend? Do you have to pay at the pump or can I buy a gift card in-store? Any idea? I registered for the offer but can’t find any of the fine print. TYIA.
I also got an offer for $10 statement credit after $50 spend on gas.
I was the data point I wanted to see. I used a non-USB credit card on my USB Earn Mall click through and I was credited the portal cashback. I got a pending tracked transaction a few hours after my order and then the portal cashback posted to my account after another day. The cashback went directly into my cashback pool on my Cash+ card and it shows that I can redeem it already after only 2 days after the transaction. That’s a pleasant surprise compared to other portals that can take multiple months to payout after a tracked transaction! This was my first experience with Earn mall and it was a positive one.
We’ll see how long the extra $10 takes to post…my experience with USB offers is they take their sweet time and pretty much wait until the end of their quoted terms to pay.
Otto Thanks for the DP, I was able to use BoA cards through the Earn Mall for the giftcards.com Memorial day promotions. Also, I can confirm what Fred mentioned below that Earn Malls are independent for each card, at least between Cash+ cash back and Connect points (I don’t have second points card).
Green Chef has offer for 2300 points plus the 1000 points from this offer. I got 8 meals for $51.92, after cashback = $18.92 or $2.37/meal, not bad
