Order cancelled by Walmart – twice. States their fraud department cited as fraud. Now my account has 48 hour hold until fraud dept clears and cannot purchase anything.
Placed the order. Got a gift card code in an hour. Used Paypal with Discover card for 5% back also.

I reached out to customer service. They seem to have a fraud flag on my account for some reason. They lifted it. And I got my cards.
Got one using Albert debit card for an easy 19% off face value.
DD only useful if stacked with 40-50% off promo code.
