Even though you say Kroger, the offer very explicitly says Walmart or Target.
It does say “Now Available at Target & Walmart” but it also says “2. Treat yourself to a jar from any store.” I don’t read these as being in conflict.
In the text message, it states “Purchase a jar of Gooey from your local Walmart or Target.”
This was a post from 2022. I imagine the store switched from Kroger to Walmart/Target and that part of the post just wasn’t updated.

This expires today. Bought yesterday, submitted my receipt, got notice of pending credit, got vemno payout last night
When you submit your phone number via the web form they give you a 1-week deadline to text them a photo of your receipt.
